Big Bang's G-Dragon has donated more than KRW100 million to the Seoul National University Children's Hospital over a course of time. An official from the University Hospital confirmed the news to Osen Entertainment. The official also added that the donor wants to keep his name hidden and thus the hospital didn't notify about the donation.

According to the Hospital, G-Dragon donated KRW50 million in 2011 and KRW100 million in 2012. This is not the first time Dragon is involved in philanthropic activities, last year he donated KRW81,800,000 towards UNHCR and ALS Care Hospital on his birthday. It all started in 2011 when Dragon fans coated KRW20 million towards a hospital. From then on, the K-pop idol continued it as a tradition.

Meanwhile, Dragon is all set to begin his first solo European tour in September. Recently, his agency, YG Entertainment revealed that the K-pop idol will be adding five more cities to his schedule. Titled ACT III, MOTTE,' the live concert will be held in Birmingham, London, Amsterdam, Amsterdam, Paris, and Berlin. With this, the Big Bang member will be holding solo concerts in 29 cities including 9 cities in Asia, 8 cities in North America, 4 cities in Oceania, and 3 cities in Japan.

Dragon's recent pitstop was Bangkok, Thailand last week. Meanwhile, his latest USB album Kwon Ji Yong has divided the music industry quite literally. There is a widespread discussion happening on whether the USB can be accepted as a full-fledged album. Recently, the Korea Music Content Industry Association—that operates Gaon charts— announced that the USB cannot technically be acknowledged as an album. Despite the controversy, the album is breaking the records and numbers across the globe.
