South Korean singer/actor Baekhyun has opened up about his character's end in Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. In the SBS historical drama, the 24-year-old member of boy group EXO, played the tenth prince, Wang Eun.

Baekhyun is seen opposite Z.Hera, who plays Park Soon Deok in the series. The singer, whose real name is Byun Baek-hyun, revealed his thoughts on the exit. He said: "I experienced a lot of things while filming the drama and I also learned a lot from the senior actors, so it was a very happy time for me. I want to thank all the viewers for their interest."

"I hope people continue to support 'Scarlet Heart: Goryeo.' I'd like to thank all the viewers who gave Eun much love. Thank you and I love you all," he added.

Meanwhile, Z.Hera talked about their last scene together to Star News. She said: "When I think about it now, that scene was very difficult because Baekhyun oppa and I had to lay down on the sand for several hours. And because we were laying down there for so long, Baekhyun oppa ate so much sand that he jokingly said he felt like he was kissing the sand. But [even though it was difficult] it was fun."

The 20-year-old artist admitted that it was difficult to shoot the dying scene. She said: "The director told me that I'm good at dying still. I received many compliments because I didn't even have a single eye movement. It was really hard, though. I had to take all my energy out and couldn't have any shaking in my eyelids."

Z.Hera continued: "Baekhyun oppa was just sleeping. He had another schedule the day before the scene, so he just slept and I work my best acting to be dead."
