Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have reportedly placed their Montecito villa for up for sale for $45 million. The news came as a surprise to all the fans as the woman behind The Ellen DeGeneres Show once mentioned how important that home is for her and they will live there forever.

Though, Ellen and her wife are known for beautifying and also, buying, and selling luxurious properties, this was known to be really special and the fans didn't expect that the couple would put a price on it.

The sudden decision to sell their lovely home has once again sparked the divorce rumor that is lingering for quite some time. In fact, Inquisitr reported that the couple are trying to sort things out by taking help from a marriage counsellor.

Despite numerous reports about how their marriage is on the brink on breaking up, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi debunked all such rumours in an official statement, and stated that the rumours are false. The duo have also been seen together multiple times and at various events.

The beautiful villa at Montecito, California they are about to sell occupies about 17 acres of land, having a mixture of old-world charms as well as minimalistic design.

The villa reportedly has six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half-baths. The villa also has a library/living room which is surrounded by stone walls with its own fireplace. The outdoor space has got a beautiful pavilion and the villa allows a breathtaking view of the Pacific.
