Apple Inc has released four new HomePod advertisements which all seemingly allude competitors in the market that have smart home speakers with poor sound quality. As usual, Apple produced neat and candid ads that will definitely get consumers thinking straight.

One 15-second-long HomePod ad is titled "Distortion" which shows soundwaves to the tune of Holy Water by Hembree. As the title suggests, the ad demonstrates how sound distortion can be a deal-breaker in the market for home speakers.

Apparently, the company is not referring to its own HomePod but could be to other speakers that are currently available in the market today. Also, Apple might be doubling down on its efforts, trying to convince consumers that sound quality should be their top priority when looking for smart speakers.

Apple has been pushing HomePod, spending thousands of dollars on ads to promote it. The smart home speaker market has been dominated by Amazon with its line of cheap yet impressive Echo devices, while the Silicon Valley tech giant's product has been subject to questions due to its expensive price tag.

"HomePod is a magical new music experience from Apple. It brings advanced audio technologies like beam-forming tweeters, a high-excursion woofer and automatic spatial awareness, together with the entire Apple Music catalog and the latest Siri intelligence, in a simple, beautiful design that is so much fun to use," says Philip Schiller, senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing at Apple.

Apple also released other ads titled "Beat", "Equalizer" and "Bass". Watch the Homepod's Distortion ad below:
