2 dead, 6 injured in multiple accidents in Agra Mathura Highway [VIDEO]

According to the data provided by Central Pollution Control Board, the Air Quality Index of Delhi is worse now than it was on October 20, a day after Diwali.

At least two people died and another six have been injured in a multiple vehicle collisions on the Agra Mathura Highway in Uttar Pradesh, India on Wednesday. According to reports, the accident was caused due to the dense fog in and around Aligarh.

The video of the accident has been going viral on social media that showed vehicles hitting one another as they were unable to see each other.

Recently, the smog in various parts of the Northern India hit near zero visibility. According to the data provided by Central Pollution Control Board, the Air Quality Index of Delhi is worse now than it was on October 20, a day after Diwali.

Schools are being closed and residents have been advised to stay indoors. The air quality has been declared "severe" in 20 out of 21 recording stations.
