Yook Sungjae wants to play a villain next after Goblin's success

South Korean singer/actor Yook Sungjae won people's heart in the tvN drama Goblin. In the show, the 21-year-old member of the boy band BTOB, played the role of Yoo Deok Hwa, a chaebol living under the same roof with the Goblin and Grim Reaper.

During an interview with The Star Magazine, Sungjae dished about his future plans in acting. He said: "I want to play a villain in my next project because it would be different than anything I have done before."

Adding on, the Plus Nine Boys star revealed the moment he finds himself the most attractive. He said: "I find myself the most attractive when I am focused on my work and starting a new project. I think men are the most attractive when they are focused on something."

Previously, Sungjae had shared his thoughts on his casting in Goblin. He said: "When I got the casting offer from the 'Goblin' team, I thought I should accept it without even taking a look at the script."

The idol shared that he has never doubted the success of the drama. He stated: "It hits me when I go to a restaurant and I hear the table next to me talking about Goblin."
