Woman With $75,000 In Her Purse Is Brutally Mugged And Run Over By Attackers

A woman who had just withdrawn $75,000 from a bank was mugged and then run over by her attackers in Harris County, Texas. One of the thieves was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, while the other man is still on the run.
