The first trailer for the third solo Thor movie released with the first footage of the new villain, the Goddess of Death, Hela. The Asgard demi-god, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is seen sporting a new hairdo and have lost his powerful weapon hammer Mjolnir.

The Ragnarok teaser begins with the powerful Asgardian God of thunder wrapped in chains and is tumbling down a dark deep hole and is suspended over a burning volcanic crack. It then features the dark and mystic images of Cate Blanchett's Hela. Things don't seem to work in Thor's favour as Mjolnir which have been unstoppable in previous films, at the evil Goddess' hand it shatters to pieces.

Well, fans realize that Marvel portrays how powerful Hela is in the Universe that is, nothing is beyond death. Also, it makes it clear that the old Thor fans have known is dead. The trailer show how Asgard unites against Hela but the presence of Thor and Loki is missing while the Death Goddess claim, "Asgard is dead."

Soon after losing his hammer, he seems to have been thrown out from his own kingdom. Thor is taken to the planet Sakaar, which is ruled by the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum).The teaser also unveils Tessa Thompson's character Valkyrie who is seen dragging Thor. Also, Heimdall is seen batting the forces of Hela.
