Host nations China have a chance to win the 2016 Uber Cup after they defeated India 3-0 in the first semi-final. It was a comfortable victory for them as they beat India to seal a berth in the final. China are the defending champions after they won it for the record 13th time.
They will be looking to extend the lead on Saturday and win it for the record 14th time if they manage to beat South Korea. The latter beat Japan 3-1 in the second semi-final to make it to the final two of the tournament. At this stage, China are the firm favourites to win the Uber Cup.
