Rita Ora is reportedly happy that Calvin Harris is single again. The 31-year-old Scottish singer/DJ had recently split with Taylor Swift.
A source told Britain's Look magazine: "Rita has never stopped loving Calvin and felt he was hasty splitting up with her and was always swayed by gossip rather than facts."
The insider added: "She thinks he only dated Taylor Swift because he was on the rebound from her and wants to remind him of everything they had together..."
The source continued: "She wasn't surprised when they broke up. She knows the fame game winds him up and that he must have found that life difficult."
In June 2014, Harris confirmed that he and Ora had parted ways. He wrote on Twitter: "To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best."
Ora also took to her account to address the reports. She wrote: "I don't usually address speculation but I've had an incredible time w Calvin,& i will treasure the memories."
During an interview with Marie Claire, the Body on Me singer opened up about her split with Harris. She said: "There was a reason why I split up with him. And there was a reason why I'm at this point in my life where I feel like I have so much musical freedom, and I don't have to explain myself to anybody... It was more of a thing where I was in awe. I was at that point in my relationship where I felt he could do no wrong. I thought he had my back and that he'd never steer me wrong. But then 'I Will Never Let You Down' came out, and everything started to go a bit weird. I don't know if it was because business was mixed with personal or what."
