Taylor Swift 'back to studio' after split from Tom Hiddleston

Gigi Hadid confirmed the news at New York Fashion Week.

Gigi Hadid revealed that American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift is making new music after her split with Tom Hiddleston. The 26-year-old singer is concentrating on work after her relationship with the 35-year-old actor came to an end.

Zayn Malik's girlfriend revealed the news while launching her new collection with Tommy Hilfiger at New York Fashion Week. She told ET: "She's obviously such a great friend, and you know she is starting to go back to work in the studio again, and really made time to be here for me, and I am so grateful for that."

Reports that Swift and Hiddleston are dating started making rounds after The Sun released photos of the two walking hand-in-hand on a beach, said to be in Rhode Island. Adding on, the Blank Space singer can be seen kissing the actor as well.

In December 2015, during an interview with NME magazine, Harry Styles' former girlfriend revealed she is taking a break from music. Swift said: "I think I should take some time off. I think people might need a break from me. I'm going to... I don't know. Hang out with my friends. Write new music. Maybe not write new music. I don't know."

Swift said she feels the world is too interested in her personal life. She told the publication: "I'm in the news every single day for multiple different reasons. And it can feel, at times, if you let your anxiety get the better of you, like everybody's waiting for you to really mess up – and then you'll be done."

"A lot of the time I need to call my mom and talk for a really long time, just to remind myself of all the things that are great and all the things that matter. If you do something that defines your character to be not what the public thought you were, that's the biggest risk," Swift added.
