Sylvester Stallone's brother lashes out at Academy for 'unfairly' feting Mark Rylance

Sylvester Stallone's brother Frank is not happy with the Academy for not recognising Sly's efforts in Creed.

Even as the Oscar Sunday brought cheers for many, there were quite a few who felt a little disappointed for not winning the golden statuette. Of course, the winning-loosing game is not new, and so is the case of sore losers.

But what's become an annoying present-day reality is the winners being termed 'undeserving' or 'unworthy'. And the social media has made this 'name calling game' much easier.

Earlier we saw Kanye West tweeting how Taylor Swift was the least deserving person to win Grammy Award. And this time it is Sylvester Stallone's brother Frank Stallone.

Frank is not very happy with the Academy for not recognising Sly's efforts in Creed for the 'Best Supporting Actor' award. He too lashed out at Mark Rylance for winning the Oscar in this category.

Frank posted a series of tweets where he attacked the Academy for 'not playing a fair game.' He said: "The Academy needs to do a clean sweep of its voter".

"Mark Rylance couldn't even comb his hair for Christ sake" he tweeted, adding the actor should be embarrassed for his win.
