Song Joong-Ki 'move' to China: Blossom quashes rumours over Descendants star's departure

Song Joong-Ki will reunite with his rumoured lady love Song Hye Kyo at a fan session in Chengdu on June 17

Hallyu star Song Joong-Ki has no plans to part ways with his current agency, Blossom Entertainment.

On June 9, the entertainment company stepped ahead with a clarification after rumours started swirling around over Joong Ki's 'move' its Chinese rivals.

While addressing the false reports, Blossom Entertainment stated: "We checked the reports. There is no truth to the contents of the reports. It's not true at all. Song Joong Ki will not be departing Blossom Entertainment."

Earlier in the day, a media report suggested that the 31-year-old is in talks with a Chinese entertainment agency, and will soon make a shift from his previous company. The Kpopherald report also stated that the Descendants of the Sun star would be given a huge sum of 20 billion won to make the transfer.

However, both the agency and an insider report has squashed the rumours. The staffer told the media outlet: "Song Joong-ki leaving our agency will never happen." Furthermore, another official from the entertainment industry added: "There were no signs of Song moving away from Blossom. I don't think it will happen."

Currently, the boyish-looking hunk is on the last leg of his Asia Tour Fan Meeting. The actor will be seen reuniting with his rumored lady love, Song Hye Kyo at his upcoming meet and greet session in Chengdu on June 17. Joong-Ki will conclude his fan tour in Taipei, Taiwan, on 25 June.
