In 2016, the official title of the game was also leaked on the Internet without the permission of the studio

According to ScreenRant, the first artwork and a logo of Shadow of the Tomb Raider have surfaced online, which comes as a shocking surprise, considering how much the studio wanted to keep every detail under the wraps until its launch.

As reported by Comicbook, this is not the first incident, where the details of this game got leaked. Apparently, in 2016, the official title of the game made its way to the Internet without the permission of the studio. Initially, the fans were skeptical about the name but later on it was confirmed, as the developers didn't really have much to do in this case.

In the recently leaked concept art, the protagonist of Shadow of the Tomb Raider named Lara is seen wielding what appears to be some sort of weapons. A spear, a machete and a small sword can also be seen in the picture.

Another image that surfaced online shows that Lara appears to be holding in her hand, which seems like produces smoke. Undoubtedly, it's an incredibly typical Lara Craft from the adventure-themed series, which alone makes people believe that this could actually be the legit concept art of the forthcoming game.

According to PSU, the leak came straight from the official website of the company that's responsible for handling all the marketing related stuff of the Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Although the leak doesn't give away core details of the game, still it gives the entire community an idea of what is Lara capable of this time, or at least they now know what kind of weapons she would use in the game.

The game is scheduled to be officially launched on March 16, 2018.
