Overview

Senegal became the first team in the 2017 African Cup of Nations to make it to the quarter-final following their 2-0 victory over Zimbabwe in the second match. The Lions of Teranga will be looking for a third straight win on Monday.

Aliou Cisse's side sits on top of Group B with six points after two games, leading second place Tunisia by three points. A draw for Tunisia against Zimbabwe will see them progress to the next round.

A defeat for Algeria will end their chances of progressing to the next round and their hope of making it to the last eight will depend upon Zimbabwe to beat Tunisia, if they beat Senegal in the final group stage fixture.
