Psy unveils complete track list of new album

Psy, who rose to fame via the viral song "Gangnam Style" in 2012, is making a comeback after being on hiatus for one-and-a-half years.

Korean rapper Psy has unveiled on May 7 the complete tracklist of his new album. Psy is gearing up for the release of his eight album titled "4X2=8" and music video on May 10. The album features YG artists G-Dragon, Taeyang, Bobby, B.I., Tablo and Lee Sung Kyung.

Psy, who rose to fame via the viral song "Gangnam Style" in 2012, is making a comeback after being on hiatus for one-and-a-half years.

His last album was "Chiljip Psy-Da" released in December 2015. For his new album, Psy has collaborated with fellow artists in producing the music.

The title tracks of the album are "I Luv It" and "New Face." For the music videos, Korean actor Lee Byung Hyun will appear in "I Luv It' while APink's Son Na Eun will be in "New Face."

Psy and fellow rapper Zico wrote the lyrics and composed "I Luv It" while Psy and Yoo Gun-hyung did "New Face."

Incidentally, Psy and Yoo Gun-hyung worked together in coming up with "Gangnam Style" so fans are excited to see if the new song will become a worldwide sensation as well.

"Last Scene," which will feature Lee Sung Kyung, was the work of Psy and B.I. while "Love" will feature Big Bang's Taeyang.

"Bomb" features iKON's B.I. and Bobby, who also helped in the lyrics and music along with JYP Entertainment founder Park Jin-young and Psy.

Kush and Seo Won Jin of the Black Label worked in making the lyrics and music for "We Are Young."

Big Bang's G-Dragon is featured in "Fact Abuse," a track which he and Psy worked on the lyrics.

The three new tracks unveiled on May 7 are The newly revealed songs are "Rock Will Never Die," "Place to Rely On", and "Autoreverse."

Rapper Tablo is featured in "Autoreverse" and wrote the lyrics together with B.I.

In his last album, Psy worked together with Zion T., Dynamic Duo, Jun In-kwon, JYJ's Junsu and Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am.

The new album's release is a day after Korea's presidential election on May 9 and YG Entertainment said that "New Face" represents the public's desire to have changes in society.
