Prince Harry has reportedly undergone grooming to impress his girlfriend, Meghan Markle. The royal was apparently teased by his friends after waxed his chest for his partner.

A source told The Sun: "Harry's been seen as a 'man's man' all his adult life, so this has come as shock to his close friends.

"They all think his new grooming methods are to down to his desire to look his shiny best for Meghan," the insider added.

The source continued: "His chest is now like something you'd see from guys in Baywatch — but without the tan."

Princess Diana's second son and Markle reportedly met when the royal was in Toronto, where the American TV legal drama is filmed, to promote the 2017 Invictus Games in May 2016. Adding on, the dating rumours thickened when the American beauty was pictured wearing a bracelet almost identical to Prince Harry.

Meanwhile, Kensington Palace had issued a statement raising concern about Markle's safety. The note read: "Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her. It is not right that a few months into a relationship with him that Ms. Markle should be subjected to such a storm. He knows commentators will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all part of the game'. He strongly disagrees. This is not a game - it is her life and his."

"He has asked for this statement to be issued in the hopes that those in the press who have been driving this story can pause and reflect before any further damage is done. He knows that it is unusual to issue a statement like this, but hopes that fair-minded people will understand why he has felt it necessary to speak publicly," the statement added.
