US rapper Pitbull is all set to bring his new album, Climate Change, which will be out this month, to Singapore on May 27. The concert will be held at Suntec Convention Centre, and the tickets will be priced between $138 to $188. Public sale of the tickets will begin via ApacTix on March 17.

The Grammy-winning rapper, also known as Mr. Worldwide, is returning to Singapore after almost four years. According to Today Online, the Climate Change features several big name guests, including Robin Thicke, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, as well as Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, Leona Lewis and Flo Rida.

Born as Armando Christian Pérez, he recorded his first mainstream track for Lil Jon's 2002 album Kings of Crunk. In 2004, Pitbull released his debut album M.I.A.M.I. under TVT Records that was followed by El Mariel, in 2006 and The Boatlift, in 2007. His hit single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)" from the album Rebelution (2009) peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100.

A report on BangWagon opined: "His multi-platinum and Billboard-conquering albums, dating back to 2004's M.I.A.M.I., have yielded #1 hits in over 15 countries, 9 billion YouTube views, 70 million single sales, and 6 million album sales thus far."

Pitbull's 2011 album Planet Pit, featured the single "Give Me Everything", which was his first US number-one single.

Going by the response to his earlier singles like Bad Man, Options, and Greenlight, Climate Change is likely to be a massive success in the coming days.
