One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles encourages Black Lives Matter campaign, posts on Instagram

The 23-year old British singer has taken social media by storm by uploading an image of fans holding up the 'Black Lives Matter' banner at one of his concerts.

One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles won over his audience and fans by encouraging Black Lives Matter campaign. The 23-year old British singer has taken social media by storm by uploading an image of fans holding up the 'Black Lives Matter' banner at one of his concerts.

Fans are pouring in their love for the same. Harry's post has already fetched more than 33k likes and 1.3 million love reacts.

Harry captioned the image by simply saying 'Love'. Fans, however, did not hold back to question him whether he was forced to put up such a politically charged photo or not.

A blend of positives and negatives are pouring over Harry's Instagram post. One of his fans explicitly commented that being a big star, Harry is obliged to be a part of these campaigns highlighting LGBTQ issues, the terror attacks, rage over Black lives only to prevent fans backlashing at him.

'That sad thing is, if he didn't post stuff about this, LBGTQ and other things, then y'all would blow y'all's shit and give him hate,' the fan wrote.

There were comments that in a way was targeted negatively at the 23-year old amidst all the love and positivity.

"Wish you would be more explicit in your support," one commented.

"But you couldn't pick up a flag?" wrote someone else.

However, fans came to Harry's rescue by dispelling trolls and justifying why Harry took up this issue.

'I'm not black, I support BLM because it matters,' a fan wrote.

Black Lives Matter is a campaign against attacks and racism towards black people which of late has increased.

Harry Styles never holds himself back when it comes to highlighting significant social issues. At his London concert fans were seen holding rainbow flags, highlighting the LGBTQ movement. The singer took to Instagram and shared an image of the same.

Following the Manchester terror attacks, the audience at Harry's Manchester concert were seen holding up placards with images of bees. The singer highlighted the severity of the issue by posting a snap of the audience at the concert.

From singing to making himself a worldwide sensation, Harry knows how to hit the right chord!
