NU'EST's fans have shown that they are very generous when it comes to helping others for various social causes. They recently donated a staggering amount of money for former sex slaves.

The sensitive subject is also part of the storyline of the latest movie 'The Battleship Island.'

The NU'EST fans reportedly bought 529 'girl statue' bracelets and all the money earned from the sales were donated for the former sex slaves. NU'EST member Ren, Allkpop mentions, is also known to use Marymond products such as phone cases and badges.

The supplies were distributed in select places to those in need.

Also, NU'EST members attended the opening ceremony and entertained the fans with performances. NU'EST performed "FACE," "Hello," "Introduce Me to Your Nuna," "Please Don't." JR and Aron also prepared a special stage, and Baekho and Minhyun had covered "Wait for You" by Elliott Yamin, website Kpopstarz had reported.

Meanwhile, Soompi notes that a source from MBC every1 confirmed on August 9 that NU'EST W will appear on MBC every1's 'Weekly Idol.'
