Kendall Jenner is happy that little sister Kylie Jenner is dating Travis Scott after her split with Tyga. Rumours that the two are dating started after the 19-year-old model was spotted getting close with Scott at Coachella 2017.
A source told Hollywood Life: "Kendall vibes with Travis way more than she ever did with Tyga. She thinks he's super cool and talented and has a lot of respect for him, she definitely thinks her sister upgraded. She likes Kylie better with Travis, their relationship just seems so much more mature."
"Kendall never disliked Tyga, but she never really liked Kylie and Tyga together, they weren't fun to be around," the insider shared.
"That put some stress on their relationship because Tyga and Kylie were attached at the hip, he was like her sister's shadow and it drove Kendall nuts," the source says. "Now that he's out of the picture, that stress is gone," the source continued.
Meanwhile, Tyga and Jenner had been dating since 2014 when the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was still a minor. The duo made their relationship official in February 2015. Jenner and Tyga had briefly broken up in April, however, they reunited later.
At that time, Tyga admitted that he felt "overshadowed" in his relationship with Jenner. He said: "When you're in a very public relationship like that, it's hard for other people to see you differently than that. Being in that, it took a lot, career-wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for."
