Overview

Rising Pune Supergiants have struggled in their debut season in the Indian Premier League. Kevin Pietersen was their star player, along with captain MS Dhoni and R Ashwin. However, the English cricketer has been ruled out of the season due to injury.

The Supergiants currently sit at the bottom of the IPL table and their chances of qualifying for the Play-Offs has been crushed. It should be seen whether they can spoil Delhi Daredevils' chances of finishing in top four.

Zaheer Khan's side suffered 70 runs defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians. They have three games in their hands and should they manage to win all three, they will seal a berth in the next round of the tournament.
