For the K-drama fans, 2016 has been quite a year. From the popular and hit drama Descendents of the Sun to fantasy dramas like Legend of the Blue Sea, Guardian and historic period romance Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, they had it all.

Well, there is a wave of exciting K-dramas waiting for the next year. Here is the list of Korean dramas which are scheduled to air premieres in the first month of 2017.

The tvN's romantic comedy Introvert Boss, starring Yeon Woo-jin and Park Hye-soo is the first one on the list. The drama written by Joo Hwa-mi is a story of a romantic relationship between an employee who is an extrovert and her introverted boss.

K-drama Defendant is also set to air on the first month of the next yaer. It is speculated that the leading actor Ji Sung's character will be different from what he usually plays instead of a delightful character this will possibly be a serious one.
