Harry Styles wants to work with Sia, Steven Tyler and more artists for his solo album

One Direction had announced that they were going on a hiatus.

Harry Styles is working hard for his first solo album. The 22-year-old singer is hoping to rope in big names to feature on his tracks.

A source told Hollywood Life: "Harry wants to work with as many people as possible for his solo album. At the end of the day the best idea and the best song wins. And for the songs he doesn't write himself he would love to collaborate with powerhouses like Sia, Steven Tyler and even the guys from One Direction."

The insider added: "He wants every option available to make the best album he can make. He wants it to be the best thing he has ever done!"

It was recently reported that Styles has decided to go solo with his own music and has signed a deal with Columbia Records. A source previously told E! News: "Harry has told his friends that the wants to get into acting. He considers himself to be on a different path to the other boys. He certainly has hopes of doing solo stuff, branching out on his own, and so this might be the natural juncture in which to do that."
