Han Hyo Joo shares her thoughts on Suzy Bae's acting skills

W will start airing from 20 July, Wednesday-Thursday slot at 22:00 KST.

Han Hyo Joo does not believe in celebrity competition. The actress considers a thoughtful drama with an incredible story line is more important than evaluating other's performances.

The 29-year-old was asked to give her thoughts on girl group Miss A's Suzy Bae's acting during the press event of her forthcoming drama MBC's W. The actress responded: "I've never thought about it."

Apparently, the question came in the context of Bae's brand new drama, Uncontrollably Fond, which is likely to clash with Hyo Joo's W, citing the same time slot. The Dong Yi actress further added: "I think society encourages competition, but I think making a good drama matters more than competing. And I think it's best to judge myself than to be judging others."

Furthermore, the Cheongju born actress also talked about the leading man of the show, Lee Jong Suk, who plays her love interest in the webtoon inspired romantic drama. Hyo Joo seemed quite impressed with the 26-year-old actor and stated: "The role that Lee Jong Suk plays in the drama is handsome, sexy, and has great manners. He is just like that. He's a man who doesn't lack anything."

Previously, when asked how it is like working with a younger man, she told Instyle magazine: "Because Lee Jong Suk called me 'noona' naturally, what we would call each other was decided on with no time for concern. We get along well like friends while filming."
