Goblin actor, Gong Yoo has revealed that he is ready to go naked on screen if the script demands. Well, you heard it right! The handsome hunk of Korean filmdom said in a recent press conference that he is willing to go bold but only if the right role calls for it.

Meanwhile, Gong Yoo fans are happy and surprised with his statement. Yoo said that he would not set any limitations in exploring the art. He added that he would like to follow the footsteps of Hong Kong superstars Tony Leung, who shot bold scenes for Ang Lee's Lust, Caution.

Post the success of Train to Busan and Goblin, all eyes are on Yoo and his next project. The actor is taking the much needed time to decide his next. "I really respect Tony Leung as an actor. His performance was really bold. He was really brave. For the good of the film, it is important for an actor to respect the script. If it is necessary for the script, I'm OK with showing off my body," Star2 quoted the actor as saying.

With a record-breaking premiere rating in tvN's history, Goblin portrayed the romance between a high school girl, played by Kim Go Eun and Goblin an adult male in his 30s, played by Gong Yoo. Also known as Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, the series narrates the story of a Joseon warrior Kim Shin and his curse for an eternal life. To break the 900-year old quest, he needs the help of a human bride Ji Eun Tak.

After the massive success of Goblin, Yoo's popularity soared high. His name almost topped all the popularity charts and even caught the attention of CNN Spotlight—they event broadcasted an exclusive interview with the Goblin actor to be a part of their series, Talk Asia. However, neither the actor nor his agency has informed about Yoo's next project, which according to reports is likely to be a film.
