South Korean boy band Pentagon has sold out all tickets for their first ever concert in Korea within just eight minutes.

The band, formed by Cube Entertainment, decided on holding a concert, named Pentagon Mini Concert [TENTASTIC - Vol. 1], on 6 December, after several fans sent them requests for a gig in Korea. According to AllKpop, the requests from Korean fans poured in after the news of their large-scale showcase in Japan on 10 December was revealed.

"We sincerely thank fans for their support, and we'll give back by putting on a great performance by preparing to our fullest," said Cube Entertainment, as reported.

The band was formed through the Mnet survival show Pentagon Maker and released their self-titled debut mini-album on 10 October – just two months before this huge popularity.

The group also debuted with all the 10 members, including E'Dawn, Shin-won, and Yan An, who were otherwise eliminated from Pentagon Maker.
