A clip of of a "dragon" flying over mountains in China has gone viral. The blurred footage was allegedly filmed near the border with Laos.

The clip uploaded on YouTube by ApexTV, has received more than 1,978,749 views. The description read: "A man in China took footage of this giant mysterious flying creature that was spotted near the border of Laos. Many theories have emerged with some claiming the creature is a real dragon that was caught on tape and others saying it provides evidence that pterodactyls still exist."

The video has sparked online debate, with many suggesting that the clip might be doctored, while others claiming it to be a real sighting.
