There is good news for EXO Lay's fans. SM Entertainment revealed that the singer's first solo album titled Lose Control will be released on 28 October.

The much-awaited album contains six original songs. The tracks have been written, composed, and produced by the 25-year-old singer himself.

Lay, whose real name is Zhang Yixing, had recently released a single called what U need? on his birthday. The song topped several music charts in China and South Korea.

Lay has been working hard lately and the stress had taken a toll on his health. The boy group member collapsed while boarding a plane at Incheon airport.

Following that incident, Lay asked his fans not to the blame his label for it. He said: "Fainting is my fault. Please do not blame my label. I want to emphasize once again that I am the one who decides the arrangements of my schedule. I'm also the type who doesn't like accepting failures, so I tend to only do the things that I am capable of doing. My label also respects my opinions."
