Drake reportedly still loves Rihanna. However, the Barbadian beauty is not interested in a relationship with him.

According to OK! magazine, the Canadian artist tried impressing Rihanna with a lot of materialistic things, but she declined them on his face. A source said: "He still calls her several times a week, sends bouquets of flowers and gifts... but she's not interested and just wishes he'd get on with his life."

"He's never gotten over Rihanna and still has this delusional belief they'll wind up together again, eventually," the insider added.

Drake had confessed that he is in love with Rihanna at the MTV Video Music Awards 2016 held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He presented the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to her at the event and talked how he first met her.

"The first time I met Robyn Fenty [Rihanna's real name] was in 2005," the 29-year-old said. "She was shooting a music video at a restaurant called Avocado in Toronto. The song was 'Pon de Replay' and the director was Little X. I was introduced to her... It's hard to believe that 11 years later we'd come together to create the visual for a song called 'Work.' Today the world knows X as Director X... 11 years later, they still know Rihanna as the one and only Rihanna."

"She succeeds by doing something which no one in this industry does, which is be herself. She's someone I've been in love with since I was 22 years old," he said. "She's one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life I've looked up to her even though she's younger than me."

Adding on, the rapper dedicated a couple of songs during his The Boy Meets World Tour at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Drake called the Barbadian beauty a "queen" after performing their collaborations Work and Too Good.

He said: "You want to know why you got the party started? Because you played two records featuring the queen, RiRi. That's how you get the party started. You play two records featuring Rihanna and you got the girls. They feel good, they feel sexy. Like I know you feel sexy, huh baby?"
