Criminal Minds Korean remake to have a Tom - Jerry couple!

The Korean remake of Criminal Minds is raising the expectations bar. The cast is lead by Son Hyun Joo, Lee Joon Gi, Moon Chae Won, Lee Sun Bin, Yoo Sun and Go Yoon.

Now, the latest buzz is that the lead couple will share a Tom and Jerry relationship in the series. Lee Joon Gi will appear as the weird and clever agent, Kim Hyun Joon while Moon Chae Won will be the intelligent behavioural analyst, Ha Seon Woo. Kim is a passionate agent and cannot tolerate injustice, he responds from his heart first while Hae is a rational person who maintains her coolness in any situation. They are poles apart in nature which sure will make a great cat and mouse fight.

Criminal Minds is all set to begin its airing from July 26 at 10:50 p.m. It will be the first Wednesday-Thursday drama from tvN. This is the remake of American CBS drama which was broadcasted first in 2005 and ran for 12 seasons - it was also telecasted in more than 200 countries across the globe. The 13th season is in its initial stage. Taewon Entertainment, which produced 'Iris,' along with Studio Dragon is producing the Korean version.

The series revolves around a group of FBI profilers who specialises in behavioural profiling to hunt down the criminals. The plot focuses on the team working cases and on the personal lives of the characters, depicting the hardened life and statutory requirements to be a profiler.

The other cast includes, Son Hyun Joo as the head of the department, Kang Ki Hyung, Lee Sun Bin as the head of communication division, Yoo Min Young, Yoo Sun as the NCI information analyst Nana Hwang and Go Yoon as the behavioural profile, Lee Han.
