Climate change forecast to make giant hailstones across North America

Giant hailstones are set to become the norm over parts of North America as a result of climate change according to a new study in the journal Nature Climate Change, which looks at how projected climate conditions over the coming decades will affect hailstorms, including their frequency and the size of the stones produced.
