Bodycam video shows police officer shooting friendly dogs

Bodycam footage shows the moment a Minneapolis police officer shot and injured two dogs. The dogs were in the backyard when police responded to a home burglary.The dogs owners say the attending police officer did not knock on the front door before entering the backyard.
